Mohd Hazrul Shah Abdul Hakim (born July 19, 1983) is a Malaysian football player with Malaysia Premier League club Kelab Bolasepak Staf Universiti Sains Malaysia.[1]
Before playing with PKNS FC, he played with Perak FA senior team and President Cup before being released. He transferred from Kuala Muda Naza FC to Proton FC during the 2007-08 season and was their captain. He then moved PKNS FC for the 2010 season, before moving again to USM for 2011.
